SXE Fitness wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 15 days of receipt. Returned merchandise received later than 15 days (from the postmarked date) will be eligible for store credit only, such store credit will be sent to you by e-mail. Please let us know why you are returning the item, so that we can take measures to improve on our service.
When returning your item, we recommend that you send back your return via priority mail with insurance. SXE Fitness is not responsible for any merchandise lost during shipping. Return postage is the sender’s responsibility. Please include a copy of your original invoice. Returns will be promptly processed upon receipt and payment in the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charge will be credited to your card or account. Please keep in mind that it takes a few days for your refund to be posted to your credit card.Please note that all items must be in the same condition as you received it with all tags still attached. Please make sure items show no signs of wear including make-up or deodorant. Used or stained clothing or items without tags still attached will not be accepted and the item or items will be sent back to you.
EXCHANGESSXE Fitness is happy to exchange your merchandise. We recommend that you check on-line for the items’ availability before you send in your exchange to make sure we still have the item you want to exchange for. If by the time we receive your exchange, the item you want is no longer available, we will contact you.
